When we first got involved PC Correct, it was because we were consistently being let down by our current I.T. support company. I had been in touch with a few companies but their sales patter seemed such a hard sell as they tried to blind you with “science” and sell you something you didn’t really want.
When Brandon came to see us I immediately felt confident that his company was what DDPC needed. Brandon laidback calm attitude wasn’t cocky like other I.T. salesmen, but you could tell that he knew what he was talking about and he very quickly got to grips with what we were trying to achieve and was able to advise accordingly.
The services they provide include full remote support of our systems, including all maintenance with server monitoring. They check our backup on a daily basis, continuously monitor our systems for virus updates or hacker attempts and check any errors that occur on the server. They have full control (with our permission) to fix any problems that arise and offer advice if necessary.
If we have needed new equipment, they advise the best equipment to buy and will always try to get the best price possible for the purchase of equipment.
The level of service we have received from Brandon and his team has consistently exceeded my expectation, I couldn’t ask for anything else.

You have managed to build an amazing company with amazing people that have always gone beyond the call of duty to make things work for us. Sean, who we have worked with most, is an absolute joy to work with. Nothing is ever a problem and everything always gets fixed. But saying that everybody we have worked with has been the same, Nick, Jay..... They have all be great.
So I just wanted to acknowledge that and thank you for all the great work.
